FAIRMONT - In the second day of a court hearing to have a former Fairmont man committed for being a sexually dangerous person, a Fairmont family was called to testify. Max Ortega, 23, moved to the Fairmont area in 2006. In the fall of 2007, he was convicted of two sex crimes; one involving the pregnancy of a 14-year-old.
